Using this site
This site is operated by American Capital Funding Group, trading as The ACF Group (“ACF”, “we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms.
A request is not an offer
Submitting the funding form, or completing an application, does not create an offer of funding and does not obligate either of us to anything. It is a request for review.
All funding is subject to underwriting. Not every business qualifies, and not every business qualifies for every structure. If we cannot help, we will tell you.
No pricing is published here
Nothing on this site is a quote. Rates, factors, amounts, terms and payment structures depend on your business and are determined only after an underwriter has reviewed your file. Any figures you are given will be given to you in writing.
Accuracy of what you give us
You agree that the information and documents you submit are true and accurate, and that you are authorised to provide them on behalf of the business named.
Submitting false or altered documents ends the process and may be reported.
Our content
The text, design and materials on this site belong to ACF. You may read and share them; you may not copy them for a competing service.
No warranty, and limits
This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, ACF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.
